This individual will analyze complex, disparate data sets, develop automated solutions, and generate actionable recommendations to support critical cybersecurity and business decisions.
Lead full lifecycle implementations for Duck Creek Policy, ensuring effective configuration, development, integration, and testing. Develop and support solutions utilizing Duck Creek tools such as Express, Author, Transact, Forms, and Server. Provide technical leadership for Property & Casualty (P&C) billing processes, including payments, commissions, invoicing, and collections.
The Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer is responsible for design, administration and support of Microsoft 365 services. This role is responsible for responding to Tier 2/3 support issues and escalations from the NOC and providing day-to-day operational support, managing escalated incidents, and performing tenant and service configurations. This role collaborates with clients, service desk staff, NOC staff, and senior members to provide exceptional support for our managed client portfolio.
